Property Private was established in 2009 to provide professional property services to a small number of private clients. Today it delivers development, project management and consultancy services to property owners across six market sectors.
The business is run by Hugo Richards and Matt Swan, who worked together as development managers at Property Solutions before founding the company. You deal directly with the principals, on every project.
A UK-born Australian who has called Brisbane home since 2003, Hugo brings more than 25 years across the UK and Australian property markets.
He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and holds an Advanced Diploma in Building and Construction (Management), licensed by QBCC to carry out project management work.
An experienced project manager with deep expertise across property and construction, including new build, refurbishment and tenancy fit-out.
Matt holds a B.App.Science (Construction Management) and a Graduate Certificate (Property Economics), and is licensed to carry out project management work by QBCC.
